• Split the platform into isolated multi-tenant organizations behind Keycloak identity, rolled out to production with zero downtime.
• Trip replay with data downsampling, so a client loads and scrubs full trips in under a second.
• Real-time scheduling and multichannel alerting (email, SMS, in-app): p99 of scheduled notifications sent on time; zone violations, warranty expiry, fleet anomalies.
• Async multi-vehicle export pipeline: background generation, S3 storage, signed link and push notification.

• Migrated the codebase to enable GitOps on Perion's infrastructure after their acquisition.
• Wrote technical specs and ran code reviews.

Cut response times to sub-150ms from over 1s on some important queries, and migrated the legacy code onto a typed TypeScript monorepo.
