Sole technical owner of a real-time fleet-telematics platform, driving every architecture decision on a three-engineer team.

  • — Real-time geofencing engine: violation detection on custom zones, national borders and presence tracking.
  • — Real-time aggregation over tens of billions of datapoints with TimescaleDB, served in under 200ms (p95).
  • — Split the platform into isolated multi-tenant organizations behind Keycloak identity, rolled out to production with zero downtime.
  • — Trip replay with data downsampling, so a client loads and scrubs full trips in under a second.
  • — Real-time scheduling and multichannel alerting (email, SMS, in-app): p99 of scheduled notifications sent on time; zone violations, warranty expiry, fleet anomalies.
  • — Async multi-vehicle export pipeline: background generation, S3 storage, signed link and push notification.

RESULTA real-time platform over tens of billions of datapoints, reliable enough to win and retain several major fleet accounts with a three-person team.
